A: RTA stands for “Ready-to-Assemble.” RTA cabinets are pre-manufactured cabinets that are shipped in flat packs and ready for easy assembly on-site. They provide a cost-effective and convenient solution.
A: While a majority of our products are “RTA”, adhering to standard American sizing, special ordering of unspecified sizes for select colors may be available. Make sure to contact your local dealer for full details.
A: Parriott Wood cabinetry, its materials, and components are sourced both in the USA and internationally. For example, our White Oak collection sources American White Oak from the USA. All cabinets are manufactured internationally, shipped in RTA flat-packaging, and assembled in the USA.
A: We proudly finish our cabinet products with Sherwin-Williams coatings.
A: As a homeowner, you must find an authorized Parriott Wood dealer to purchase our cabinets. We are a manufacturer and wholesaler, therefore, we do not sell directly to homeowners.
A: As a homeowner, you cannot purchase Parriott Wood cabinets directly from us online. However, some of our dealers may offer online ordering. Please check with your local dealers.
A: As a manufacturer and wholesaler, we do not ship any products directly to the homeowner. However, as we have dealers nationwide, your local dealer may offer shipping services.

A: In order to maintain your cabinetry, you should:
- Open and close doors and drawers gently
- Clean up spills and any standing liquids immediately
- Dust cabinets regularly
- If necessary, apply mild cleaning products to the cleaning cloth, NOT directly to the cabinet
- Treat your cabinets as your furniture. A professional wood furniture care product is highly recommended when maintaining your cabinets
A: To keep your cabinets in good condition and ensure longevity, you should NOT:
- Expose cabinets to extreme humidity, extreme temperature and direct sunlight
- Overload drawers and shelves
- Use drawers as a step
- Use water/alcohol/detergent/ammonia/abrasive cleaners
- Use wax/silicone/petroleum to polish cabinets
- Leave wet cloths draped over cabinet door or drawer
- Attempt to repair severe damage without professional help
A: Parriott Wood offers a limited term warranty on manufacturer defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the time cabinets are originally purchased. For full details and warranty limitations, please consult with your local dealer.
